The program includes:

  • The program can be implemented at the same time as Check in Up – Depending on your Reservation Staff size

  • Completely automatized Up Sell reports for easy entry of the data.
  • Monitoring and control of the program with direct contact with the program responsible in the hotel, by realizing a monthly phone call.
  • Implementation of policies and structures regarding Up Sell commissions for the staff.
  • Monthly Performance Reports and results analysis.
