The Program
The program includes:
Two or three follow up sessions per year, every 4 to 6 months, in which we implement:

  • A One-day re-training and coaching session for all your originally trained personnel.
  • One to two days training session for all new members of the staff that did not take the original program.
  • Monthly monitoring of the goals and performance of the program.
  • Monthly reports and follow up calls.
  • Yearly executive meeting to present results and ensure original strategy is properly implemented.
