Reservations Upsell Training

Sell the rooms that normally stay unbooked or are used only for sporadic upgrades and maximize your ADR and RevPAR.

Our second most popular training is designed to teach your Reservations Department Staff, to properly talk to the client at the time of answering the phone. We teach them to do this by establishing rapport with the client, discovering their needs, and properly selling the benefits of the different rooms you have available.

In most cases, the Reservation Staff is often used to offer the cheapest room available at the time of the call; with Book-In Up your staff will learn how to offer your more expensive rooms. Examples here include Club Floors or Suites that often stay empty or get used only as Up Grades, or when the hotel sold out of its lower category rooms.
